For enquiries regarding accompanying persons, participants are kindly asked to contact the local organizers directly. Availability for accompanying guests may be limited, and requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

All registered participants are eligible to submit an abstract.
All abstracts will be evaluated by a review committee. Based on scientific merit, the scientific committee will select abstracts for the following:
- poster pitch (all submissions): Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present a poster pitch during the poster presentation session.
- oral presentation (residents only): Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present their work as an oral presentation during the resident session.
- poster price (residents only): The ECVPH poster price will be awarded to a selected resident of the ECVPH.
Deadline for submission: May 31st
No further abstract submissions will be considered. Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the submitting author by early July, 2026.
