For enquiries regarding accompanying persons, participants are kindly asked to contact the local organizers directly. Availability for accompanying guests may be limited, and requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The abstract submission template and the guidelines can be downloaded here (DOCX, 60 KB).

All registered participants are eligible to submit an abstract.

All abstracts will be evaluated by a review committee. Based on scientific merit, the scientific committee will select abstracts for the following:

  • poster pitch (all submissions): Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present a poster pitch during the poster presentation session.
  • oral presentation (residents only): Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present their work as an oral presentation during the resident session.
  • poster price (residents only): The ECVPH poster price will be awarded to a selected resident of the ECVPH.

Deadline for submission: May 31st

No further abstract submissions will be considered. Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the submitting author by early July, 2026.

Registration for the workshops is possibly through the conference registration, only.
