It was a pleasure to host the Vet Food Summer School 2026 on July 2–3 in Munich.

Over two inspiring days, PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers from Munich, Vienna, Hanover, Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich came together to present their research, exchange ideas, discuss current challenges in food safety, and build new scientific connections. It was wonderful to see such engaging discussions and a collaborative atmosphere throughout the event.
