We are currently working on a large DFG-funded project in which we are investigating the interaction of Salmonella enterica with various foods at the genetic and metabolic level. To this end, we are screening various Salmonella enterica serovars on different foods. We prepare the resulting samples for sequencing using PCR and analyze the information obtained from the sequencing.
We offer many different insights into everyday laboratory work (especially in microbiological and molecular biological work), as well as a friendly and international team.
