The international MicRISK consortium led by Prof. Johler leverages AI-assisted risk management concepts to transform classical microbial risk analysis frameworks. We aim to meet the challenges of future food systems and contribute to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. The project is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
