Dr. Angelika Schoster and Anne Sophie Göbel, a resident in internal medicine and a doctoral candidate at the Equine Clinic, have received a research grant from the German Society for Veterinary Dermatology (DGVD). The grant supports their project, “Immunotherapy with Recombinant Culicoides Allergens in Horses with Summer Eczema (Culicoides Hypersensitivity).”

The research project aims to provide new insights into the development of innovative treatment approaches for summer eczema in horses.
