Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We kindly ask you to make general inquiries and appointment requests by telephone during our office hours, as outside these times we operate an emergency service and have limited staff capacity to deal with such inquiries.
Delivery times for inpatient admission
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday/public holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Deliveries between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. are inconvenient and will result in waiting times.
If a patient is delivered for inpatient admission outside of office hours, we will charge a fee (in accordance with GOT 39).

The emergency service is currently still under development, so we kindly ask you to contact us before bringing your pet in to check whether we can accept the case.
A fee is charged for patients brought in as part of the veterinary emergency service (GOT §4).
