Soft tissue surgery:
The specialty of soft tissue surgery includes all surgical procedures in the area of soft tissue, i.e. organs, vessels, lymphatic vessels and the skin and its appendages. Surgical tumor treatment (e.g. breast carcinoma, fibrosarcoma), as well as the treatment of gastric torsion, intestinal obstruction, bladder stones, etc. are also part of the field of soft tissue surgery. Thanks to the clinic's extensive diagnostic methods, such as magnetic resonance imaging, computer tomography, scintigraphy, ultrasound and laboratory tests, our specially trained soft tissue surgeons are able to quickly diagnose and treat organic diseases.

Thoracic surgery
Thoracic surgery is a branch of soft tissue surgery. It includes operations on organs of the chest cavity, i.e. the esophagus, trachea, lungs and heart. As the negative pressure prevailing in the chest is lost when the chest cavity is opened, special precautions must be taken for this type of operation. We therefore work in the thorax (chest area) with alternating pressure ventilation and thoracic suction and carry out special pain therapy for this type of operation. Thanks to the clinic's high-tech equipment, we are able to perform minimally invasive, lung-sparing operations on the chest area. Only this modern equipment guarantees optimal care for your pet before, during and after a surgical procedure on the chest cavity.
